Forbes has released the list of the highest-paid YouTube stars and Ryan’s World is still YouTube’s top earner for 2020. The main character of Ryan’s World is a 9-year old boy, Ryan Guan. In 2015, when Ryan was still 3 years old, his parents uploaded videos on YouTube while he was unboxing gadgets and toys. The YouTube channel was originally named Ryan’s ToysReviews. But it was then changed to Ryan's World featuring the boy as Ryan Kaji.

Ryan’s World has 27.5 million YouTube subscribers and earned $29.5 million for the year 2020. The videos were shot on their property in Houston, Texas.
It’s a house measuring 6,200 square meters turned into a family studio. Today, Ryan’s World is not just a toy review channel. With 80 licensed brands, it now features clothing and magazines. The videos were also shown on Nickelodeon.
