Here’s YouTube’s new editing process! YouTube recently rolled out living room impressions and new members metrics. It also enabled pre-publishing check tools for copyright issues. It’s even testing out timed comments display options.
As YouTube’s Ads Policy Manager, Conor Kavanagh, explained: creators need to wait for a video to be published before they can add data and do some editing. This is somewhat time-consuming. To help creators save time, YouTube enables a new video editing process. The process allows creators to add data and do the edits while the video is uploading. While waiting for the video publication, they can now add end screens and info cards, edit the caption, and place mid-roll ads. This can be a big update among creators uploading videos on YouTube Live Studio daily. YouTube’s new video editing process on 09 June 2021.
Implications for Marketers:
With a 49% revenue jump in Q1 of 2021, marketers should never miss YouTube’s new video editing process. Adding mid-roll video ads while a video is uploading greatly streamlines the work process and gives more time for strategic planning.
