YouTube Challenges BTS Fans with “Permission to Dance”

YouTube challenges BTS fans with “Permission to Dance.” This is a YouTube Shorts competition to replicate the 7-member boy band’s dance moves. Shorts was a TikTok– clone music clip launched last December 2020. It was globally launched last week. BTS is a septet boy band from South Korea considered as the 21st-century icon. Their latest hit was the song “Permission to Dance.” 

YouTube’s “Permission to Dance” challenge invites everyone on the globe to create Shorts clips imitating the international sign gestures of BTS like dance, joy, and peace. To join the contest, they should use the hashtags #PermissiontoDance and #Shorts upon uploading their Shorts clips on YouTube. The contest will run from the 23rd of July to the 14th of August. YouTube announces the “Permission to Dance” challenge on 19 July 2021.
