After YouTube segmented analytics per content type, the platform now enables new tweaks on YouTube Shorts analytics. Shorts are like TikTok music clips. In the recent YouTube weekly news flash, YouTube’s Ads Policy Manager Conor Kavanagh announces the updates.
First off, YouTube is updating default membership badges into stars instead of the S icon, Second, creators can further explore audience behaviors under the “See More” button of the audience tab in YouTube Studio. t will feature new and returning viewers’ statistics. Third, YouTube updates the Shorts Analytics design in the main app. A before and after activity graph will show with new colors and fonts.
In addition to the YouTube Shorts analytics update, the platform launches a songwriter’s mini-site. It is a hub for music producers and songwriters on YouTube that houses artist analytics, popular tracks, Premieres, and Shorts.
