Instagram Live is getting trendier! You can now convert it into a Clubhouse room. Instagrammers can now turn off their audio and video while doing a live broadcast. The same goes for multi-participant live streaming. IG Live allows users to broadcast in real-time for up to 4 hours. An IG Live streamer can invite 3 more participants to join the real-time broadcast. Creators can also use paid badges to monetize their live streaming.
To turn off audio on IG Live, simply tap the microphone icon at the bottom of the video panel. Tapping the icon simultaneously allows an IG Live streamer to mute and unmute the audio.
