Now that Instagram has set up ‘Reels’ to compete with the social media giant TikTok, it has added even more features to make it more user friendly. These are the new features being added this week:
- Save Audio – Users can save pieces of music or audio for their Reels.
- Share Audio Pages – Users can share Reels with music through DM.
- Audio Browser – Users can look for pieces of music that they want to use alongside their Reels.
As music is a big thing for TikTok, it is no surprise that Instagram is trying to make music a central focus as well. It hopes to attain as big of a user base as TikTok has, and it is also taking steps toward monetizing the platform.
